RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order at any time prior to receiving an order confirmation. However, once an order has been confirmed, it is immediately processed for shipping. Therefore, no orders can be cancelled after receiving an electronic order acceptance. In addition, all orders placed between Friday after 5PM to Monday 9AM cannot be canceled, as they are processed over the weekend for shipment.RETURNSWe have a return policy on some stated items and the requirements for a valid returns that must be met follows; It must be within four (4) days from delivery date The item is in new condition (unused). The item is in its ORIGINAL packaging, with all accessories intact (i.e. manuals, certificates, tags, warranty cards) must be unopened with seal intact. It must part of the listed products which returns are valid on. It is accompanied with a return form Note; all returns that don’t meet this requirements stated above will be automatically declined and sent back. 

LONCIN.com will issue refunds only if this conditions are met; A genuine reason for the return of the item is stated in the return form. The refund will be processed after we complete the evaluation of your return. In order to make the process as fast as possible, we will refund you via a voucher that can be used only on LONCIN.com. Should you wish for another refund method, indicate it on the return form.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Make sure serial number of item is included in receipt.RETURN PROCEDURE- Provide your order number, name, email address, phone number and the part number you wish to return, along with an explanation as to why the part is being returned.- Contact us through Mail or Telephone - All returns must be packaged securely. Please make sure to check if there are any special packaging instructions to ensure that no shipping damage occurs.

We cannot be responsible for damaged returns resulting from inadequate packaging.- All goods will be inspected before an exchange or refund is applied.REFUNDS (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. EXCHANGES (if applicable)We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to the address provided by the support .SHIPPINGPlease note that refund does not include shipping costs.
